On the eLearning Day, students will have regular assigned classwork. Teachers will be available during virtual office hours to provide assistance to students, give feedback, and answer questions. During these hours, teachers will be accessible through Zoom, Email, Schoology/Seesaw, or Remind. The teacher office hours will be 11 AM - 12:30 PM for elementary schools and 12 PM - 1:30 PM for middle and high schools.
Guidelines for e-Learning:
K-2 Students : 20 minutes per subject with the max for the day being 2 hours. (ELA, Math, Science, Social Studies, Exceptional Ed Contingency Plan Services, and Related Arts)
3-5 Students : 25 minutes per subject with the max for the day being 2.5 hours. (ELA, Math, Science, Social Studies, Exceptional Ed Contingency Plan Services, and Related Arts)
6-8 Students: 30 minutes per subject (including Related Arts) with the max for the day being 3 hours. (Exceptional Ed Contingency Plan Services provided to students with IEPs)
Attendance: During eLearning days, students are marked present using the SC-VTP (Virtual Present Code).
